Things done:
- in-stadium flags for all argentina and bolivia teams
- new adboards for custom teams
- found an argentinian updaters: 0.11 will feature proper argentinian teams (along with updated transfers)
- same as above with Chile
- created full Champions League with summer preliminary stages (starting at the end of July), available in career
- created full UEFA cup with summer preliminary stages and original groups structure
- created Scandinavian Royal League, available in career
- added Greek league
- created Mexican Interliga (Copa Libertadores qualification)
- added many new kits for teams added to CEP: Colombia, Bolivia, Argentina, Venezuela: new southamerican editors are joining the CEP
- fixed the graphics of new sponsors
- lowered the valours of chilean teams players
- added new nationals: Iceland, Cyprus
- 38 (yea, thirty-eight) new Rest of Europe teams
- fixed tons of bugs
- improved the performance on career transfermarket (much more low percentual of freeze)

- African Nation Cup (waiting for Mohameed Talaat work)

I decided to leave the Serbian league for next version.
Regarding the transfers freezing problems I'm studying hard the problem and I found some "solutions" that can really lower this problem: almost always, now, you'll be able to reload the last match played and the game will work fine. Anyway I still hope to find a definitive solution, and I'm taking contact with other editors and especially with game authors to understand where is the problem.
