Hi guys

Just to clarify before you give OckHAM any further grief, Filefront.com is where the Sweetpatch site (and many other community sites) store all their downloadable files.

To explain the issue check the message below taken from the Filefront.com techies in their forum which states:

Please be aware that right now everyone with a username starting with M through to S will not be able to upload files, and their files may not be available for download.

This issue is scheduled to be corrected currently this coming Wednesday 8th Febuary. The downtime is due to maintainence and upgrades to the servers.

Please do not create threads asking for more information about this. More information will be added here when it is available.

If anyone can offer some hosting for OckHAM's excellent version 0.11 file in advance of Wednesday that would be most appreciated so we can get the file up their for you all to enjoy.

Hope that clarifies things and I don't think OckHAM's agreement is rubbish and hopefully you will all find that the new partnership between Sweetpatch and OckHAM is very beneficial to you all.

Just unfortunate at this time that Filefront.com have a problem which is completely out of our hands.

Come on people! If somebody has 160megs to spare on his server... Give OckHAM a hand!

(I don't know if that sounds more of a request or irony. It's a large patch...!)

Then again, I guess we'll have to wait till Wednesday.

I found a solution and the CEP is being uploaded. Due to dimension of the file (160 mega) the download should be available in two hours; CEP will be on Filefront anyway and downloadable only from Sweetpatch.

Just downloaded the new version.

I just want to say thanks for the great work, it's just amazing.


I did like it better when there was no installer and when it did not change the images of the menus, but like I said thanks for the great work nonetheless. Thumb up.

Great work ockham , although i think someone may have to re-do EPL Rosters and Formations as there is alot of missing players and most of the transfers made in the game are on the bench. Great work tho.

Not all the new EPL transfers are on the titular squad: but this is obvious enough: transfers ended the 1th of February, how it's possible to know in which place will the new transfers play in new teams. Of course there are exceptions: Evra is on titular team in Man UTD, but frankly I think no one was able to determinate wich titular 11 the Portsmouth team had. This can be fixed of course in 0.12 but seems a little detail.

It seems all transfers made in the January Window , have just been moved into their teams , 9 times out of 10 straight to the subs or reservse . When i try to correct the rosters for Tottenham , bringing in players that should be in the squad , and taking the ones out that have been transferred or loaned out , the games crahses at the main menu! I think in research wise, there should be a dedicated person to do each team not one person for the league. Just an Idea

Yea, surely will be easy to have about 40 updaters for each league, so a team of 800 updaters ;) For modify rosters try to empty your "Fifa 06" dir in Documents and Settings, or use the FifaData utility (excellent one to adjust rosters). ANYWAY you always have the possibility to play Fifa WITHOUT any winter transfer or with limited ones :ewan:

At EA they have one person per seven teams in their database team, I for example keep 7 teams updated (Belgian Leagues), so wanting one person per team is a little too ambitious I think if even the creators of the game itself can't pull that off.

I use Fifadata to update the rosters also, but the problem is that each time a new version of CEP gets installed, the modifications are lost, unless like me you puzzle for several hours by copying and pasting the database records from table to table between versions.

I don't complain about this but the "newbie" user will lose his modifications. And people should not forget that perfect rosters are not possible unless you join the project and send them to the author, until then I suggest to either stop complaining or send updates yourselves :)

Of course I'd be glad to receive single-team detailed update too, so if you want your favourite team just as it is in the reality just write a mail ;)

But be CAREFUL: if you do something wrong with team rosters your game will crash: if you duplicate number, team position, number of bench players, referement to captain and kick tackers etc, your game will NOT work and I will not be able to help you.

What I can suggest to you is to write me a mail containing the updates to correct rosters that you are talking about.

No, leave this file from torrent share! As I wrote A LOT of times the CEP is exclusive download of Sweetpatch and for publicity agreements it HAS to be on a Filefront account where is possible to count the number of downloads! Why don't you guys read what I write? Take off this link, thanks.
