Yes, FIFA Online 3 faces work without any issue in FIFA Street (2012). @fifayoun was the first to test that out in the FIFA Street Console Editing thread:



And here's some screenshots I made with those faces installed on PS3, guys like Gervinho, Seedorf and Guarin have their exclusive face that they received in FIFA Online 3 as you can see:

if due to unsuccessful attempts to port the faces of fifa 14 to 13 for the street, we discovered this in principle thanks to the patches made by the psvita community that named FO3 in relation to the faces. so the psvita community would also benefit from converting f-14 to f-13 faces.

if u convert from FIFA 14 to FIFA12/13/FO3/FIFAstreet :
the bones for hair are near same at both skeletons but shifted by one,
meaning u may get some animation (because the bones are near similar), but still wrong a bit : conversion of hairmodels are needed
example:
fifa 14 boneid: 156 = Back_PonyTail_Hair
at fifastreet: 156 = Right_Side_Hair, 157 = Back_PonyTail_Hair
The only drawback that I could notice with the animation of the f14 hair model on street was with the eyebrows, they can go out of orbit on acceleration or on impact with another player.

- Ball models:
it will be possible to convert ball-models beween all games :
rx2 (xbox360 fifa 08/09/euro08) <> FIFA 10-11 rx3 (pc/console) <> newer games rx3

- FIFA 11 (console)
the console versions (xbox360/ps3) of fifa 11 uses rx3 format similar to pc version (RW4 formats),
but the skeleton of the console is different then pc: console uses the (newer) impact engine-skeleton (=fifa 12/13)
-> games using the 'impact engine' skeleton:
FIFA 11 (console), FIFA 12/13, FIFA Online 3, FIFA Street (2012), PS Vita

- FIFA online 4
i tested a FO4 dani olmo face i received, thanks to extract by @mita996
the skeleton seems same as FIFA 21 pc version (both games are Frostbite engine)
so converting should be possible now (added)

Three questions
1. So converting FIFA 14 faces to for example FIFA 16 is not very possible?
2. I understand that it would be impossible to convert for example rx2 faces to FIFA 11 on PC and then to FIFA 14? Abstracting from the sensibility of something like this, I am thinking of a step-by-step conversion.
3. Does Impact to FIFA 14 conversion requires bumps?

From the looks of it, we will be able to convert the biggest collection of custom faces that is Fifa 16 to Fifa 14 as well as classic shoes and balls from older games like Fifa 11, with balls even as old as Fifa 08!
I wonder why you're indicating that Fifa 12/13 face conversion is impossible to Fifa 14? If you remember there was a tool by Ariel that converted the face with an addition of a bump file.
Or is is just something your tool won't support?

If we can't convert FIFA 14 hair, maybe someone should take care of it

Hair models can be converted from FIFA 14 with no issues, it's just that this Beckham version originally came from a FIFA 16 conversion to FIFA 14 which lead to some corruptions at first during testing because the bones for legs/shorts appeared at the hair model as tokke001 explained to me.


So it was simply a matter of changing the settings by making a hair model conversion from 'FIFA 16' instead of 'FIFA 14' to FIFA Street which fixed the entire issue. The head and hairlod were still converted with the FIFA 14 setting active.

All others (Neymar, Kaká, Robin van Persie) had their hair come from models in actual FIFA 14 format with that game's bone structure so they didn't have this problem at all.

The idea is to release the new tool version tomorrow (or day after if i find bugs) !
it will be one big tool, with features for: Models, Textures, FIFA 11 options, and some other things


What s new :

1. Models

1.1 Converting
* Convert from: any rx3 + rx2 (FIFA 07/08/euro08/09 - XBOX360)
* Convert to: any rx3
* Convert what: balls (any), shoes (any rx3), faces (small bugs if from/to FIFA 15/16), body (some)
* Automatic moving/scaling: example head placements on body

-> balls & shoes: between all games
-> body: it is possible to convert between these games :
FIFA 12/13/street/FO3/vita <> FIFA 14 <> Switch (FIFA 18/19/20/21)
-> faces: most games (rx2 not always) , u ll get better result if u convert from a newer game to an old
-> faces: FIFA 15/16 faces may have small bugs
-> u should check bit yourself if u like the result ;)

1.2 Ball Templates
New: create empty rx3 ball template files, for use in blender !
(on request by @Mishuk ;) )


2. Textures
* Now support for "ATI1" textures (used at switch games)
* Now support for rx2 files (FIFA 07/08/euro08/09 - XBOX360)
* Export/import dds files
* New options
* Fixes & improvements


3. FIFA 11
* New: Directly convert rx2 to rx3 (FIFA 11), without templates: example stadiums, files with changing number of textures (glares)
* Artassets: Import mini-kits, mini-faces, team-logos, Countryflags from dds (with auto sizing)
