Do me a favor post those 2 fresh formations tables located the patch folder for these guys having CM editing issues. I'm at the office so i can access them right now.

Definitely a mistake, which install are you using. I put Reg cats pitch in the Non origin install but I will be adding all the pitch from the station tool once I make sure it works for everyone.

I tried to follow your advice many times, but I can't open the patch's database via Rinaldo's Creation Master'14. I would like to:
i). add Karaiskaki Stadium and
ii). change two Greek players' overall: G. Samaras from 70 to 73 (like in the default game) and L. Vyntra from 75 to 72.
Unfortunately, every time I am trying to do so, I constantly get the same message:
"Unable to open the fifa.fat file".
I can open of course the default database, but it's totally different than the FIFA World Cup 2014 Patch's database...

That means you've selected the wrong directory. Click Select All>Find where you installed FIFA14. Click that. Not the Game folder, the FIFA14 main folder. Now find the DB you want to edit, etc. Edit what you want. Then open the DB you edited in DB master and import the formations table.

Dunno what you're doing wrong then. That error mean CM can't read where you installed your FIFA.
Is this the stadium you're trying to add? I'll edit what you want in CM and send you the DB.
do i really need a fresh copy of fifa to install the new update ?
i don't really have a problem except when i'm using ps3 scoreboards logos on the scoreboards dissapear than appear then dissapear again
