I didn't follow this thread, but I'm familiar with facegen. Is it possible to create a head model through it and import it into CM?

Yes it's possible, read instructions at first page.

Well, when I try to morph, following your process, it loses it's shape, and becomes a mess, really. :) do you need a picture?

EDIT: here it is:

The same problem with the firts version, dont engage the model with du_oro edited model

I think yes we should use ver. 1.2.
I've not tested tested it yet at my comp but I think use for thiner model v.1.2 (because the biggest problem for me was very "fat" face in FIFA 12) so just use ver. 1.2 I think it' should work better than ver. 1.1 and also read EXTRACT PARAMETS in read.txt file in du_oro folder because there are new scale and other parameters.

I try the new scale and in the 3DMAX fit good in the CM suit good but the face are fat whit the other parameter dont suit perfectly but as the same that I made.

Using 1.2.1

Every update in modelset (in this case v 1.2.1) will lead to faces made with oldest versions (1.0, 1.1 or 1.2) need some corrections, so is prefer to make for completly new faces again, it just takes a few minutes

I honestly doubt we'll have a converter, mate. Unless some dev with wicked skills develops a high interest in continuing where Rinaldo left his work, anyway. I think it would be more likely that someone could manage to squeeze something more out off Fifa 11 than the editing of Fifa 12 developing any further(many thx to EA for screwing us big time with this one)

I've been using your tool these last days, and say honestly that is a headache.

Had heads that were identical in the FaceGen to the player, to transport them to play through the 3dmax, especially in the game resembled the eyes

I've had problems with the sizes, had heads that came out with very thin necks, but size faces its right. While other right neck (ie covering up the neck) but their heads were big heads.

it's a shame because the right tool had good intentions.

Also say that to adjust the head and neck led the rest of the player would have to re-add your face to adjust 3dmax generic to the edited correctly to not left to one side of the body rather than anotherfor the game )

good luck and you can improve

I've read the previous post and should say that it's partially true but not everything, model looks very good in FaceGen and also good in 3ds Max and Blender but very bad in game, I've made 4-5 good faces but almost all of them need a lot of (not just a lot but a lot a lot) rework and it's really sometimes is disappointed when I see one result and when everything is finished I look at it in the game and understand that it's bad.
The biggest problem for me in FaceGen is that all faces that were made in Photofit has sunken cheeks and forward mouse (this problem is in perspective and orthographic views). In FaceGen in front view and in profile face looks good but if we look from the side to a face or from up view we can see that it has sunken cheeks and very weird forward lips and weird jaw.
Maybe if you have a time you can try to improve your model that you've made for FaceGen, thank's.

you may fix that by moving those parts u dont like by clicking (and holding on them) ctrl+left click and move it. ctrl+left click is an easier way to edit the faces in face gen i think. i hope u uderstand what im saying :)

I know this and I know FG very good and can make good faces with it but unfortunately there are some areas at the face which can't be edited except you fix them in Blender and I was talking about these part (like between cheeks and jaw sides), well anyway thank's du_oro10 for his model and I'll try to improve my skills at Blender and make better faces.

Of course, if you head thinner, moves across the face (Inclusions neck) and the result is horrible

Well, see guys, I understand your dessapointment with the model, but take into account that the FIFA model head is not exactly the same that FaceGen internal, adjust that model maybe means to manually match almost all the 2696 vertex of FIFA head, and that is a lot of work, I'm not a 3DS Max master, and I adjust as I can, if you like to improve to this projetc, please search in all FIFA db a face that have more likelyhood than I've using (Player Leonardo Id 166123). I think that this work is just the first step, cause before it, there has been some guys who did theirs own FIFA-FaceGen model, but can't make it to import in game, now I show you one way to do that, if you can generate now a better model, now you know how to import it to game.
Nevertheless, I still working in order to improve the model, but I don't think your results are so "horrible" please post some screens that let me see that "big" differences, cause all faces I have generated with this method are really the same thing in FaceGen, 3DS Max and in game.
Just for finish my comment, FIFA game also uses other textures like normal maps, bumps and glossyness & specular maps that can really make the differences between in game and tools view
