Here are some of the very bad, very cheap players I signed. (by very cheap I mean free, since we're an amateur club there's no wages 
)
And here's the avant-garde, progressive tactical scheme I came up with. I call it the 4-3-3.
Still, it should be enough to see me go up, judging by other team's players. I feel Coulibaly's going to be a legend. Let's go Melun!
By the way Az, it goes like this:
I'm currently in the Amateur, "Honour Division", in the Superior Regional Division of the Paris District.
Top two teams gain promotion to the Ligue de Paris Île-de-France.--->after that, The top team gains promotion to the CFA 2-A--->after that, the Top team gains promotion to the CFA - A---->then the Top team gains promotion to the National--->then the Top 3 teams go to Ligue 2--->and finally the Top three teams go to Ligue 1.
So it's at least 3 years before I go national, and at least 5 until I'm at the First French Division.

Very cool idea, Fili. I'll be following, also for some motivation. Unfortunately I can't get into the game to save my own life... or rather destroy my own life, thinking about it. I might look around for some editor files myself, perhaps for Italy. Very cool.
The players don't look THAT bad by the way. Coulibaly is a superhuman beast in those divisions.

What I noticed in FM2011 was that amazing players will agree to sign for amateur teams. I got Gai Assulin to sign for Waterloo Dock in the Liverpool County Premier League, level 11 in the piramid.
I'm loving this because as the club is new (in the database) and the guys who did this patch didn't into as much detail as to put every history of the French regional division clubs, I'm "creating" all of the clubs records, legends and icons I'm pretty sure I'm going to get out of here with a stadium named after me

Look like some amazing players for how low in the pyramid you are. Not sure about using only one striker in a low league because bad players don't reliably score, but you should go up easy.
