Bullsh*t.

Schumacher put in the 3 fastest laps of the race which put him in the lead.


Also don't forget Schu was on a 2 stopper - Kimi on a 3 ... which would have put Kimi at least 30 seconds behind Schumacher if Trulli hadn't crashed.

yeah i no they were three top laps by schu but you cant not say that he wouldve been in front after the first round of stops if sato wasnt holding him up.

Exactly. Schumacher's strategy had this race won anyway even if the back markers didn't slow Kimi down.

i would think so. But in this case it is friction that causes the heat.



if a black and red tire were left in the heat, the black one would obviously heat up faster but if both were used on a car, i don't think it would make any difference.

It would be cool if all the cars had tires matching their team color.
