There's nothing good about the guy,i think most people knew the tackle was as a result of the long standing beef between them, but to actually write it in a book and boast about it is sick and just shows what he thinks about himself and the complete dis-regard he has for others. What kind of reaction was he expecting when he approved the writing of that stuff(b'cos he didnt actually write it himself) ,maybe he thought everyone would say what the title of this thread is, like most people say when he does anything wrong, i hope he gets everything thats coming to him, the dumb:f***:.

Ok, he's not just a f***** W***** IMO:), he is also sick, trying to break someones leg then boasting about it is seriously sick, and his prob with Mick Mcarthy, why doesn't he just shut thr fu*k up about it, he keeps goin on about how a more 'estute' manager would have got the win for Ireland against Spain:rolleyes:

I've already explained to everybody last season that Keane is a piece of s**t.
It's not just this incident. He has done other countless stupid things.
I remember one time he choked a Sunderland player's neck during a challenge two seasons ago and the stupid ref. didn't even give keane a Yellow Card.

And now this thing with Halland? And the Irish national team situation. And other many incidents.

Keane obviously has a mental problem and that's that. He's the Mike Tyson of football.
He's also the player who swears at refs the most.......and always gets away with it.

Well I reckon Keane will "get away with it" - the FA really should have taken action when the tackle occured, everyone could see it was bloody vicious. As for the rest of his comments in his autobiography, we I think I'd be more mad if I were a United fan.

Anyone notice Becks come out to speak about the upcoming season right after Keano drops the bomb with his autobiography? I dunno if that's just Beckham's own initiative or maybe he was guided to say something by United management, but either way it's a pretty smart attempt to deflect attention from the situation.

Nothing surprises me about Roy Keane.. he may be a decent footballer but he is not a decent human being.

In a way im glad he comes out with these admissions.. just proves what a w@nker he really is :hump:

IMO he should be banned for life. He ADMITTED to trying to deliberately hurt someone with a tackle. That's like domestic assault! What the hell was he thinkin when he wrote his autobiography? A player of such poor sportsmanship shouldn't play football at all. I laughed my arse off when he hurt himself with that tackle against Haaland in Leeds and was out for a year. BAN HIS STUPIT ARSE FA

he plays the game hard . . . and it must mean a lot to him for him to act the way he does, and when someone dives or whatever its gotta piss 'im off.

Roy Keane I think is good captain an anchor. He goes overboard, but hey, football needs these characters. Except, that tackle was bad, real bad, so high, he was not even watching THE BALL!:eek: :mambo: :monkey:

It seems like these kinds of things happen to Manchester United. I' m not sure but wasn' t Eirc Cantona in some kind of a mess when he was playing at Old Trafford?

I don' t really know what is the big deal about how good Roy Keane is as a player cause well, I don' t think that he is as good as people say he is. If he was a good player, he would have been playing in the World Cup on a team rather than sitting at home and watching it on T.V.

Yeah, come to think of it, that statement by Beckham ..u know looking ahead to next season could be something ManUnited made him do to divert attention from Keane........if it was it didn' t work.

Keane has to be fined at the very minimum.

True... IMO Keane is a low dirty scoundrel that doesn't even have tons of talent.... he is over rated.... and if I was the ref and I knew kung fu during that match.... I would red card him and if he disagreed I would whup his a$$!!!:D

I agree with you all, Roy Keane is a sick, twisted and dirty b*st*rd. He isn't even that good at football, doesn't deserve first team football at Rushden and Diamonds, let alone Man Utd. And to think a pr*ck like him is keeping great players like Veron out the side.

Yes, Keane should be fined, but he is not a sick bastard.And to the tool who said that he'll get away with it cause he plays for Man utd. That's a very stupid and retarted thing to say.
