I hate to break the news to you, but FIFA 06 even at 1600x1200 doesnt even look as good as PES 4. Maybe the PS2 version of FIFA does look better, but screw the PSpoo, that system has been dead for a long time now.

Fine with me that u r playing FIFA but u r only lying to urself. Wtf do u think people started to play Konami games cause we were fed up with the money machine EA. EAs FIFA is best example of what monopoly brings around...protection of market and medicore product development. Now EA has found out that if they dnt come up with a decent gameplay in 4 years they will be out of the soccermarket and their targetgroup will then be naive kids.

I understand the critic on PES5/WE9, but i think you should play it longer then a few hrs, PES is always on its best when you master it! I love Fifa06(its finally a good game) but PES5 is better...one bad point on PES5 are the faults but im not gonna cry about that!

WE9/PES5 --> 9.2
Fifa 06 --> 8.5

Very true. To me it like comparing a manual transmission to an automatic. You have so much more control in PES. PES let's me set up my team exactly how I want it. Fifa is too limited in it's options.

My biggest problem with Fifa is the lack of emotion when you score. I feel almost nothing when I score, because the goals look unrealistic half the time. The goals in PES are a thing of beauty, ecspecially in PES5. The other day I scored a Van Basten like volley with Raul. If you remember his famous goal, you know what I'm talking about. I had to jump out of me seat to celebrate it!!!

This is work from two different face makers on this forum. It's not original work from the game designers, but it gives a very good example of the graphical differences. Fifa looks like mush, while PES is extremely detailed.

Not only that by posting that pic you proved me right, PES graphics look like ****, that picture looks like it was taken from GameBoy Advanced and resized to 1280x1024, so before you try to make a comparison atleast have a decent video card and Im not talking about your voodoo 2 PCI card.
