I also get a lot more injuries than in older pes titles, especially light injuries.
This is probably due to injuries are not calculated randomly anymore but are derived from the actual situation that has happened i.e. how the players exactly crashed into each other, impact speed and such. Some variable tweaking from konami needed here to balance this.
But it seems to me that fatigue still greatly influences the chance for a player to get injured (like it is in real life..), so its probably a good idea to try to always have your players in good condition, and do all that standard anti-exhausting stuff:
- only run around with r1 when really needed
- set zone press to A only when really needed.
- dont do automatic defending with x or [] pressed (this exhausts _really_ fast)
- when buying, prefer players with high stamina and low injury possibility
- substitute exhausted players early.
etc.. there's probably other things I forgot.
Its also that players need to rest more than 1 game now to have their permanent exhaustion bar removed. Having key players in best condition for that one important match needs some decent planning.
It seems that some players almost never get permanently exhausted at all, even if they play every single match in all 3 tournaments, like Babel, in my case. But i think this heavily depends on the players position, wingers in general always exhaust faster, since they simply have to run more etc..
