great game for italia. the 1st half was a gem.

i think the real scoreline was 4-2. both goals that were disallowed imo were valid goals.

I hope Italy aren't wearing that rubbish at the World Cup. No doubt Ronaldo's gonna think of haircut that'll be ugly enough:( That shirt would be cool if it wasn't for that ugly thing on the chest, whatever the hell it's meant to be

How awesome were Italy withou Totti or Cassano? Those two ****wits are dirty and crap, total prima donnas who deserve to be shot.

Toni's goal was good, he is so strong, just bustled through however the hell Vlaar or whoever is. **** game for him. Mind you, that to me was under strength Dutch team, seems recently about 50 people earn their first Dutch cap a year.

Italy actually came back from a goal down, and in a friendly, I was expecting usual crap friendly performance. With Toni in, and Totti out, anything is possible.

If Cassano ends up in the WC squad, I will stop supporting Italy. He is a cock of a person. Burn in hell!

Man what a nonsense thing to say. You'll stop suporting Italy because of one player? Uhh..okay that's totally rational  Totti is easily Italy's best player, and with the kind of hot form he's on now it'd be stupid of Lippi not to call him up or for anyone not to want him in the squad because of his attitude. Cassano is also a very gifted player, yes he's a c*unt but so f*cking what? If he makes the difference on the pitch then why not play him?

italy weren't that awesome. we got a great result through some nice finishing and an own goal.

holland had most of the possession, and were in control for lengthy periods of time. why? because when going forward the play would stop between mid and forwards. our only attack came from corners and long balls. one long ball came to toni and he miraculously scored a goal with no help.

thats where totti comes in. he links the play so well, keeps it fluid and we can actually attack from the center of the field.

and i believe that last game italy had with totti was a 4-1 scoreline. infact that game was the most dominating i've seen italy play all year. totti was decisive in 3 of those goals.

bite your words man, dont be stupid. :lui:

And half Ac Milan :) : Nesta, Gattuso, Pirlo and Gilardino.
In the end, great Italy, we gave a demonstration to who underrated this team.

You must be joking a demonstration, we weren't at full strength at all without v Nistelrooy, Robben, v. Persie, Sneijder, v Bommel... Our attack was not powerfull enough today and it was only a friendly which means sh*t really. If it would've been a qualificationmatch or WC game the game would've been totally different with a much stronger Dutch side..first loss in 16 games for van Basten ah well...
The game was not that great anyway, not only for us but Italy wasn't at full strength as well and their performance was not that fantastic either, talking about a demonstration is a bit much..
Italy has a great new striker in Luca Toni that's for sure but the question is if he will be allowed to play when Vieri is back?

vieri is 4th in line for a target man position as far as most fans say

toni, gilardino, iaquinta, vieri (there's probably even more here ahead of vieri, just they won't be called)

lippi may have a different idea however :(
