The Front and the Back are bigger, so all the details can be seen, the sleeves are all equal sized, etc.

HUH???. didn't quite understand you..

BTW, look at mine template... the front and the back are equal sized and big enough so that we (kit makers) can add EVERY detail to the kits, the sleeves are all equal sized as well, and the shorts too, everything is big enough to fullfill our need
And of course, I used till the last pixel

because the kits in FIFA 2003 are stuck into the shorts...and not hanging out, know what i mean ? many kitmakers forget this

Bolzer when you can make it into Game it would be cool for ALL Kitmaker but theres another problem we need a new KitRaptor with 2 difficult Kit Installing (old and new) but before that Bolzer must try it if it´s possible

but remeber if you want to use them you must make new kits for all the teams in the game and that a lot of work...

NO, sorry but this is wrong !

You can use this template together with EAs Kits and you wont need a Raptor, just copy the file into Fifa2003 or Fifa2003\data-directory and it will be used !

Sleeves: 86x103
Shorts: 213x136
Sock: 86x136

I think those are the right ones..
