I love him, he's an honest man and at least he isn't stealing or filling other peoples pockets in his administration, like a city here in California. Or spending most of his administration traveling all over the world, like the past Mayor of Los Angeles did.

He is not honest. Not in the personal sense (until he was exposed he lied his ass off about the crack stuff) nor in his political claims. He had missed about 20% of meetings and votes during his tenure on council. Most of his claimed 'savings' have been proven to be false. His budget is higher than any mayor of Toronto, ever. The number of lobbyists registered at City Hall are double what they were under the previous administration and the number of misconduct cases have skyrocketed.

You just cant hack it that an average joe working man has wrestled the level of power away from the scented hand of your liberal elite buddies.
