I'm a student. But no i'm not that poor, but i'd rather spend my money on something more worthwhile than train tickets. (They're a rip off here). Plus its good fun defying the authorities.

Oh man here you can get on a bus so easily!If your working with change just put it a bunch of nickels and dimes so that it makes enough noise to look like you actually put in the amount required.Then they give you a transfer that is good for i think 3 hours.If you use the bus you can use them as many times as you want because most of the drivers never check.

For the metro( in busy stations) if your ticket or card doesnt pass through the machine and it doesnt let you through i just jump over.Never been caught.But in empty stations where the ticket booth operator man is watching your every move its hard.Plus...**** them...the prices for tickets and passes are so damn high what do they expect us to do?They are gonna raise the prices again next year...those bastards.We've had the same system,wagons and probably even lighting since Expo 67' so go figure...
