All remaining Transfer Budget will NOW be taken over to next season.
All players with potential now cost 10% more

Transfer Changes
Transfer Activity - Now nearly all teams are active in transfers
Increased amount of negotiations
Teams will now bid on your players more and waiting limit removed before they will bid.
Teams will reply quicker to your bids
Increased Transfer competition: Now all teams are active you may want to bid a little more to make sure the player comes to you.
Player Wage Demands Less: In FIFA16 players wage demands are way to high, edited it to make more realistic

Budget
Financial Strictness (How much of player sale goes back to transfer budget)- Lenient 100% , Moderate 80%, Strict 70%
Budget at end of season that carries over to new season is now 100%


Player Values
Player positions values - tweaked to give a more realistic value, so the values of different positions is a lot less
Young Age vs Old Age - tweaked so that young players cost more and ageing players cost less
Top Season Players - Players that are top scorer's, top assister, top cleansheet and 2nd in all cost more to buy for next season

Player Contracts
Number days of renegotiation now 1 week instead of 2
Teams will now renew expiring contracts a little bit more

Player Retirement
Min retirement age older: Players will not retire so young

Other Edits:
Scouts Cost a little less
Teams will not spam buy Attackers as much
A few other small changes that are not major to list here.

Updated from Beta Version: 0.6 to Current Version: 0.7.5
Now uses ModdingwayInstaller (thanks Ariel)
Tested mod and added little tweaks, mod works great with no bugs found.

It would be nice if big teams don't sign big players on winter market.. or, if a player like Kun Aguero signs for Real Madrid on winter, he can't play champions. It's not reallistic Real Madrid signing Kun or Falcao on winter transfers..

I adjusted to the super players become stars in 85. Just in transfer.ini file set (SUPERSTAR_PLAYER_OVERALL = 85 // The overall for a player to be Considered a superstar)

My memory (and forum search) has failed me, what is it we change so that a player I recently signed can be sold?

So I'll try to make this post more useful! Two of the biggest issues around transfers as I see them:

1. The game is hard coded to never, ever, under any circumstances allow any player with an OVR >69 into the free agent pool, no matter if that's when starting a new CM (eligible players magically show up on random teams instead) or players not able to agree new contracts and released (as is very usual in real life), would be wonderful if someone can come up with a solution to this.

2. Players with an OVR >75 almost never end up transfer listed, which is ludicrous and again would be awesome if it could be fixed?

The amount of big transfers is very very high! (but that's EA's default awful transfer system)

Bayern sold Muller, Alaba & Gotze in the same window!

Benzema, Neymar, Oscar, Suarez, Godin, Lacazette always seem to be sold!

Is there anyway of stopping big transfers? or limit them?

To remove the "Fog of war" (so you know OVR/stats of all players without scouting)

Then you may need to regenerate it which you can do with File Master or FHL-BH-Editor
