Did anyone notice this part? I suggest getting a gamepad for your PC. The Niko Air Flo is a pretty good one. Your shooting should improve dramatically with a gamepad.

an interesting proposition. I have played every sports game I could get my hands on over the years on the keyboard. Perhaps my shooting will improve if I do infact purchase a game pad.

Thanks for the advice.

as someone said, FIFA's gameplay has always been so crappy that the slightest improvement in term of gameplay seems to be a huge step
still, you just have to play PES a few hours to understand how FIFA is crap and PES a real simulator

but I have to say one thing
despite i am surely one of the biggest fan of konami's simulators (I play them since ISS 64), i hope the shooting system is better in the new PES cos the initiator of this thread has right about one thing, it makes me angry when I see gunners like Nedved or Totti always shoot from the outstep on a lateral pass and in general
I didn't often got a shot inwards in every PES games, which is quite annoying

long life to PES, FIFA is crap

He have some points.

The refs is stupid and ******* silly. I get 2 red cards every 3 games. ******* ****.

The finnishes are weird and even if you are Ronaldo you can't finnish freaking cold as in fifa etc. I've noticed that theres an attribute for one-ones against the goalkeeper tho and that I like. If you are Ronaldo he almost never misses when you face the goalkeeper straigt at him

There's no controll of the spin in freekicks. You should be able to decide how you want to shoot before you shoot.

Players react so ******* slow. I am in a dangerous area. Pressing shoot button 1-2-3 then he shoots - blocked.

dude, that's something i've noticed in PES, nearly every time im in front of the keeper i score, the finishes are cold, you can easily score if you are in front, you can even dribble the keeper, lob him, etc.

Buy a PS2 -> USB adapter and plug in a PS2 pad. Traditional PC pads won't improve the game play experience much at all. PES3 needs a PS2 pad to play properly.

Trust me I've tried ;)

That's true but I mean when you are not in front. Like with Ronaldo on a bit to the left. He will shoot a outside of his right foot... But maybe beacuse there isnät players in PES3 who can shoot good with both foots? (Or did I see an attribute which was named weak foot or something?) In that situation instead of outside he should shoot withn left inside. Hope that's fixed to PES4
