I think KitServer is for making quick changes though and later on when Juce makes a version which means you can have 3rd and even 4th kits, I don't really see the point at all of having the ability to insert them into the .afs by the old method.

They look better quality to me as there's no extra calculations needed to keep the textures good quality at different views/distances which is a problem with overlaying textures over existing ones. A bit like quasi-glide wrapping, it reduces the quality and slows the game a little but having the uniforms in the afs seems to work better. Havign said that, if Juce makes his tool to accept 3rd and 4th uniforms then I'll probably use that. Only problem that'll create though is the coloring of numbers/names on theb ack of jerseys.

If Juce adds 3rd/4th kits to kitserver wouldn't he probably add a kit number and colour thing like with the pes3/we7i version?

Actually my buddy Yannick sorted out the decryption. The algorithms have been sent to Tato to incoprorate into a new version of WE Pic Decoder and AFS Explorer. Hopefully WE Graphic Studio can be updated too.

At the moment we can only insert, not extract. It works on a batch file method to insert into the .bin files and overwrite the contents. Pulling data out gives a fuzzy .bmp image at the moment. This is where Tato comes in to make a new tool.
