That Nice Guy
Looked to to be the same cast, same writers, and same humour as Without a Paddle.

Which is, in parts, funny... In parts.

Hakeem

Superman
watched We Are Marshall today. meh.
McConnahey is weird, the way he talks. and I love Matthew Fox in Lost but Im not sure about him in this role. he didnt have much to do anyway.
And what I didnt like were some of the smaller characters, they didnt even add anything to the story, and they were just a downer (like the girl and her father-in-law).
all in all is ok but dont expect a football movie, this is just an ok acted drama about football based on a not that interesting true story (:/)

Top Bombing.

Just watched True Lies guys, it's still oh so amazingly good :D

I had that movie when I was young so I grew attached to it. "Earthquake test!!" (H)

Yesterday on TV was Forrest Gump. I can not refrain myself of watching it when it's on TV. It's the best film from all the time for me.

Saw Deja Vu - pretty poor to be honest. Denzel is great and the action sequences decent enough, and I really enjoyed the first half hour before all the sci-fi ****, but as soon as that started I lost interest. They did connect the two sides of the story up well, but went for a cop out heroic ending. Not even very enjoyable, I would avoid this.

Ladri di biciclette for the 1st time since I was a small kid. I remember feeling horrible by the end at the time, because I wasnt formiliar with a movie without a happy end. That's better now :p
Anyway, it's a classic and definitely one of my all-time favourite movies. The thing that fascinates me the most, and I think everyone who loves this movie and genre, is how no actor in the movie is a professional actor. They casted the kid on the streets already just for his walk! De Sica is a master.
But hey, I think everything's already been said about this movie, and I'm not a great movie reviewer... Everyone should definitely see this movie for themselves.

I saw Casino Royale not long ago. I really liked it, even though it was a little different from the previous Bond films, they still managed to keep on with what's the classical James Bond. That's what makes it good in my opinion, the Bond films needed this change.
