I just saw Requiem for a Dream. Some sad, sad **** right there. Jennifer Connelly was looking damn good though. ass-to-ass, giggidy.

^no doubt...that double-ended dildo scene is one of the greatest in film history. I havent seen it since it first came out, but do the two chicks tribade or anything? I don't think that it got that explicit, did it? There's no sexual act sexier than when two chicks are grinding their twats together vigorously.

ZOMG.......THEY'RE MAKING A SEQUEL TO THE DA VINCI CODE....I hope that the World comes to an end before this probable calamitous mess is completed, man.

if you're talking about Angels and Demons, it's actually a prequel. the book was much better than the Da Vinci Code in my opinion, but no doubt they're going to butcher this film like they did the Code.

Just saw Get Smart. I really enjoyed it. A light summer comedy. The script wasn't too over the top, the plot was ok but Steve Carrell just steals the show over and over again. Him making out with Anne Hathaway though....that was just weird. His massive nose is such a distraction.

I finally watched the work of genius that is "Scarface" last night. It's been on my "to do list" for years and last night I saw it. What a great piece of film!

Now for the Godfather Trilogy :innocent_smile_1:

Feast

Very cheesy and over-the-top horror, but pretty awesome in a sense too. Definitely entertaining, filled with brutal death scenes. (H)

Słowiańska Dusza
I just saw The Football Factory. I don't see many differences between this movie and Green Street Hooligans. It starts on fights and on fights it ends. But it was worth to watch.

The Bank Job
Pretty decent movie. For a based on a true story movie there's probably a lot of holes, but you don't even notice it while watching. Jason Statham turned into his The Transporter character by the end though.

Get Shorty
Loved it! Great acting, every single character was great. Travolta looked awesome going through his second youth by that time.

Fistful of Dollars
The whole movie is very good, but nothing special. But the ending... The ending only worths watching the movie over and over again:
- You shoot to kill, you better hit the heart. Your own words, Ramone.

Wanted

Have just watched it at the local premiere. The movie's alright, but nothing special, just like I expected. Better than Bekmambetov's previous movies though. Everything is pretty decent, but the story's undeveloped. Like there are some missing sequences or something. Some characters are undeveloped as well, even Jolie's one. Action and all that bullet stuff is good, but the movie probably lacks a good hand combat scene. The runtime slips by pretty fast, which is a good characteristic for any movie.

Was watching some movies with a friend last night:

No Country For Old Men
Javier Bardem is brilliant. Best cold-blooded psycho since Hopkins in Lambs and De Niro in Cape Fear perhaps? I'd say so.

Feast
Felt like re-viewing this one, and it was still enjoyable. I even found out there are two sequels coming out this year, and judging from the titles, they seem to continue in the self-ironic fashion that Feast "1" was made, which is awesome.

Lost Highway
Lynch at his very best I guess, this is one twisted movie. Loved the part with the porno of Patricia Arquette mixed with Rammstein. (H)

The Shawshank Redemption

Great, great movie, which I hadn't seen to my shame. It's pretty much Prison Break season 1, as many have said and now I can totally see why. Freeman delivers as usually. (Y)

Outpost

An alright action/horror. Dog Soldiers-style. A bit weaker of course. And not as gory. The first half of the movie is actually pretty decent as it's full of suspense. Better than the second one, where all the action begins. There's one thing I believe would have made the movie better: they should've hid the identity of the "enemies" as long as it was possible.
