Mate dragged me to see a special showing up in London... 187 minutes of Stanley Kubrick dragging the **** out of a pretty tedious story :|

Marley & Me - I'm not ashamed to admit that I got a little misty at the end, but I have a Labrador puppy named Randy (because of what he tried to do with my Ridgeback/Doberman mix puppy the day I got him) and I could empathise with a lot of this movie. (Y)(Y) Jennifer Anniston is hot.

Liz and my Mum in Law read the book and I don't want to see the movie because of what happens at the end.

Snakes on a Plane, again. Now I'm watching Independence Day. Why does it seem like every movie comes on TV when I've got exams and assignment due dates coming up?

Yeah... my G/F watched it and cried and insisted that I watch it with her...

anyway, on to more cheerful movies.

Knowing - Nicholas Cage. Chock-full of "WOW!" scenes. I figured out a good amount of the movie fairly quickly, but was riveted right to the end, regardless. Lots of great scenes involving spectacular deaths. (Y)(Y)

Sometimes I hate women. It makes me feel like a pussy watching these Buffy the Vampire Slayer cheesy-type of movies. I let my girlfriend choose a movie, and she picks this waste of life movie. ****.

Elisha Cuthbert. I mean, The Girl Next Door. That girl is seriously hot. I've seen the movie before, and I'd watch it again just for her.

Gran Torino - Great movie, excellent dialogue. This is a movie to be watched on DVD instead of in theatres - so you can replay the choice bits as they happen, like the Barbershop scenes. (Y)(Y)
