Watched the Imitation Game last night. I really enjoyed it. I thought the lead was very very convincing as an obviously autistic genius, the story was well written, and from reports mostly based on historical fact. Really enjoyable movie.

Milk it for a blowjob or use it as leverage whenever she wants to pick any activity in the future. You must suffer, though.

Blow Job = I'm OK with two men doing this but I am also 100% certain that after this, they will move on to Colon debauchery.

TV, not Cinema

Where do you live, newbie? I remember watching the interpreter in the cinema, over 10. Years ago!

Yeah, it is about 9 years old. I saw it on TV, not in a cinema. I should have been clear about that.

It had a 24-type feel - Carlos Bauer trying to catch someone, but without all the action.

Oh, I see, when you said 'I nearly walked out' it confused me. But where do you live? I am curious. I do not need a precise address, the name of the country will suffice :p

Starting XI
The Drop - Strong performance by Tom Hardy like usually, that's probably the most notable thing about this movie, also it's the last movie where James Gandolfini is in, i think. The story itself was so-so. If i had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, it would get a strong 6. Not bad, that's about it.

These Final Hours - A pretty unknown Aussie apocalyptic movie (not really a fan of those) taking place in Perth. When i read the beginning of the plot description "A self-obsessed young man makes his way to the party-to-end-all-parties on the last day on Earth, ...", I immediately thought there's no way i'm watching this, probably should've read it until the end while paying more attention.

After having a random chat about movies with a buddy of mine a few days later, and him saying that was the recent one he had seen and it being watchable.. I decided to give it a go and i'd say it was alright, especially considering the fact i knew nothing about the director or those actors, and quite literally had zero expectations. It's nothing spectacular though, but definitely doesn't make me want my 1 hour and 25 minutes back. Oh and i think it's also worthy of noting that it was quite predictable.

I live in Perth and literally have never heard of it

Just watched Hobbit 3 and it sucked!!!!
What was the point of second army?
The end was like avengers or 80 GI Joe!!!

Yardie
No Good Deed - Idris Elba, Taraji P. Henson
Thriller that starts out being relatively obvious then develops something of a plot twist that, while it removes an earlier element, doesn't exactly enhance the story in a meaningful way. In summary - meh.

Hisashi

I bought C.Ronaldo
American Sniper - Was really good and one damned compelling movie. Cooper did really well in this film.

Unbroken

Jolie's not an incredible director, but the life of Louis Zamperini is amazing enough to carry a film even if it was just a guy sitting down and telling you the story.

What did you think of that last shot though? I felt it was too much "weird for the sake of being weird", whereas up until that point the weirdness always made sense. I kind of get the "your own interpretation" thing, but wouldn't mind a more literal shot.

That being said, the movie is amazing, I mean almost a perfection in every aspect.

a literal shot would have betrayed the metaphor of the typecast bird man finally taking flight in various ways for all those he loved, and who he wanted to be loved by, to see ...
