Those are the only superhero movies I've watched on my own in a long time; I guess with the exception of the first Iron Man which was also good. I've seen a few others, like Captain America (not bad), but those were on planes or buses. Not into those movies at all usually.
Yep, that's me to a tee. I'm not even into X men. I'm slowly trying to watch the movies, but can't watch them too close to each other as I'm just not that interested.

I think I could easily watch the three Batman movies in a weekend.

The three Batman movies were pretty great. I'm not one to watch the same movie more than once, but those tend to be the exception.

Also, I liked the Iron Man saga, and the first Avengers movie wasn't bad. But this movie made me cringe several times.

She was too "in love". I like my Scarlett flirty.

She should have dropped that towel... :hump:

I find her over-rated. Outside of North America, no one probably respects her.
She can't act at all!!! She has relied on her looks since day 1.

You know, the biggest problem is that she thinks of herself as the 2nd coming of Marilyn "the useless one" Monroe. When you try to position yourself in life to replicate someone who has no purpose in life, then you turn out to be as mind-numbingly shallow as that whore!

Do you really think that she gets much notice in Japan, Russia or Argentina? NO! They see her for the shallow worthless cheap *SFSF$%^$%^$^ of an actress that she is!

FOR SOME REASON, you DON'T! And that's your problem.

She has ZERO fans who like her for her acting. ZERO!

I beg to differ on Scarlett Johansson's acting ability. The voice work she did in "Her" with Joaquin Phoenix was very well done.

last movie watched: Frequency (2000) : Dennis Quaid, Jim Caviezel, Andre Braugher and a very young Michael Cera. Suspense, drama, sci-fi, action. A little bit of back-to-the-future action sees our hero mysteriously able to communicate with his deceased father, 30 years after his accidental death, via ham radio. The description didn't appeal to me (hence my not watching 14-15 years ago) but I happened to come across it on cable and was pleasantly surprised. There are plot holes that can be excused. Two thumbs up.

I watched it because my girlfriend made me. I remember it wasn't horrible but I honestly can't remember much. I didn't realise Cera was even in it.

Yeah, it really does sound shit but it wasn't bad. Michael Cera had a very small part, I just recognized him and thought I'd mention it. Oh - the last Avengers movie was pretty shit. It felt like it's purpose was to advance the story for the next movie which will be entertaining.

I liked her in Don Jon too

Ex Machina - Alicia Vikander, Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac. A young programmer is selected to participate in a breakthrough experiment in artificial intelligence by evaluating the human qualities of a breathtaking female A.I.(IMDb)

My favourite movie so far this year. Held my attention throughout. I didn't know anyone in the cast which allowed me to focus on the story more closely. I'd be the babydaddyboard to the starring robot's motherboard. Two thumbs up.

We had a talk in the university about Don Jon today. The lecturer was quite attractive too, I enjoyed it.

No one cares. The conversation was about something else. You're going off track.
