:boohoo: we better start winning. Again sorry to target him but crouch isnt in form. Getting the postions right cant shoot or finsh. Speaking of shooting...SISSOKO IS D CRAPEST SHOOTER EVA!thats where we missed stevie. A less then average game for sure although ended up with about 60% possession at the end. Alonso seems a little out of form lately making some passes plays a and shots i wouldnt expect from him. 'sighhhhhhhhhhhhhh' we better pick ourselves up at wigan to be confident and beat srseanla then manu and so on...

2nd spot might be lost now....and only 7 points up on Arsenal and 4 on Spurs, both of whom have played the same number of games. It' s starting to look like it might be a dogfight for 4th again. 1-0 against Wigan could have been more, so that means that offensive chances have not yet dried up.

we havnt lost 2nd spot yet actually. We have a game in hand which is the arseanl game and will take us only 3 points behind united. Of course if we get our good run again and players go back into form and united slip up and chelsea lose all the restof their gaems this season the chances of us actually getting first are very high. But realistically 2nd spot is a great probability.Hamann looks more comfortable than sissoko aswell great to see hyypia get a deserved goal. Now the pressures even on carragher for who agger might replace. Owell hopefully we get maximium points at arsenal even if its a sloppy game.

So hang on... So you're saying that we're going to have to fight arsenal for 4th... even though Arsenal are 7 points behind us with the same games played.... But United, who are 6 points ahead of us (6 > 7), who have played a game more than us.... are gonna be harder to reach than we are for Arsenal?

Owell 3 points behind united, 10 infront of arsenal its looking good for us. Lets hope the fellascan do it again and make it to the next round of the FA cup this week then get a strong lead against Benfica next week!!!!!!!
Although our strikers didnt score that match they were F***** awsome. Just their dedication and performance still made me think they got what it takes to start scoring hattricks eaach for liverpool soon.
Good to sign Palleta, lets hope his not a pellegrino lol but i trust Benitezs decision on this guy, macho, strong and solid.

Pleased with the win and moving 10 points clear of Arsenal but we came so close to dropping 2 points at home :nape: although Luis Garcia gives away possesion cheaply he knows hows to fins the net unlike are strikers :jambo:

After losing, despite dominating, the United game, logic went out the window. Besides, I didn' t think Arsenal would have been beaten so easily.

You made a good point about the arithmetic though....it' s just that I hate combining studies and sport.

QUARTER FINALSSSSSS HERE WE COME!!!!!!!
Great game by the lads, dominated so badly again. Until second half that is, but fought well and held on to the deserved lead. Our midfield is so awsome even without alonso. Our defence rock solid as ever and our attack looking better especially the link between crouch and morientes.
Great to see crouch back with a goal and the team doing so well.
Next benfica and the quarter finals of the champions league...

I hope he fully recovers what a terrible way to go down. IMO the player who did it I think his name is Beto should of been giving a red card. But I hope he pulls thru this. Btw is he a good player? or above average?
