Apparently we had a 22ME bid for Soldado turned down by Valencia. With us looking ever so likely to losing out on Suarez, I was hoping we'd sell Suarez for 50ME and pay Soldado's 30ME release clause and Eriksen for 21ME (player whoring himself out to us!)... I'd be okay with that.

World Baseball Classic is a World Cup equivalent - it's national teams. They're talking about a club world series.
