@Matadoor, I played with your tactics at manager mode, and I like it! We have similar styles, we both have RW and LW, not clasic RM and LM. My postioning of players in attack is like this:
I guess you also play that your RW and LW are going in the middle of opponent box.
Anyway, I put your tactics as Default Arsenal 2, so I can change it anytime in the match, and I will use it regularly if mine is not working...
Main differences are in Chance creation:
Crossing: 60-me / 30-you
Shooting: 75-me / 50-you
I have Gourcuff and Fabregas which have amazingly accurate long shot, and that's why I have shooting 75, and I like to make more crosses (its not alike Arsenal play, but I like it), cause Podolski is very good at running in front of those crosses.
After trying your tactics on Arsenal, I tried it on exhibition match with default Barcelona squad and you can really play like real Barca, that's amazing. Players are moving very good so you can really play fantastic short passes.

@Adil : i dont really know players who are not old as 20 ... but you can make a detailed search in fifa transfer window , i do it like that , over from 75 or 80 to 100 and age less than 21 and get the highest players , but they probably cant improve so well so put that in mind !

about the diffrence in tactics yeah you're right

cause first , since i play with barca and its very known as barca's has no high players except pique and busqeuts wich are a CB and a CDM , so crossing is useless to me as you found out i can make it out through a very good LW and RW that can get to the oppenet's box instead of crossing so they can give the ball to the attacker by a pass on the floor and then an easy goal ( just like dani alves and adriano do in real barcelona =p )
and shooting .... well i have fabregas aswell , but am not a big fan of shooting also that barcelona dont shoot alot !... only in some case's are so few , i always use players tricks to get in the box and torture the GK
so i guess thats the only diffrence ...however its great to find that u like the tactics ... specaily that arsenal plays like barca or close to it , but i found out something that works for anytime ... a tip guys : you MUST have David silva .. he's just AWESOME , when am down b 1 or 2 i put silva on the left wing and damn that guy is awesome ... he's like my Mr .X hope to share more in this thread

i just bought frenando torres from chelsey after he was my nightmare in champions league ... he almost got my team kicked outta tournamet ... but messi saved me with the last second goal ... but torres is so slow -.-" he doesnt fit barca's still ... i think i'll use him in the rarest case's with crossing , i probably have the only attackers that can play barca's tiki-taka

Yea, its shame that there are only 3 of us who are activly sharing Manager mode progress and experience. But nevertheless I am enjoying sharing my progress with you guys!
And when FIFA 12 comes out, which should have much better Manager mode, with youth academy, we should continue our sharing, advising and other stuffs from very beginning when we get hands on FIFA 12... And that is very close...
Also, I am planing to buy myself a new controller for PC FIFA 12, cause it's much easier to do tricks with analog stick then keyboard, here it is: http://cyborggaming.com/prod/cyborgpad.htm
It's not very expensive - 300 kn / about 40 Euros.

waldo , u dont have to buy a new controller to use tricks ... i searched alot for doin tricks with my normal double USb controller , there are some few tricks these are my current controllers ,http://www.papatek.com/2x-dual-shock-usb-controller-joystick-joypad-for-pc-usa.html
i had to make alot of stuff to be able to make the right analog work but now it works perfectly and i can make tricks so easy , so let me know if you want to spare those 40 Euro's and use the double usb controllers

@sahib , i never tried hargreaves o.O but i think i might try him soon when i sell one of my old players .... we need some more people sharing their tactics and manager mode stuff ... this thread is really intersting =)
Guys, thanks for advice about controller. The thing is that I already have USB connector for PC in which you can enter PS2 controller, so I can play with my original PS2 controller in PC, and what is better than original PS2 controller...
But few weeks ago I saw that PC/Xbox controller from Cyborg and I fell in love. Money is actually not the problem cause I am working over the summer and have nice amount that I need to spend on something.
But, at the end I might stay at my PS2 controller or I will inquire about it more.
Also, I already have one product from Cyborg and that is mouse RAT 7, which is gaming mouse and it's a beast, especially for FPS'es, so I kind of like that company. They are like Razor, they have all things exclusively for gaming. So, now I wanna try my luck with new design such as Xbox controller.
Also, when I play with controller I play it on my TV, cause I have PC and TV connected via VGA cable, and its awesome when playing with friends with controllers.
But, I will see yet more, I still prefer keyboard... Habit...
As about FIFA 12 and hardware, Adil, man, it will be shame that you won't be able to play it. But there shouldn't be much stronger PC to run FIFA 12 in comparing to 11. Maybe you will still be able to play it on low settings.

It's for two players. You just insert it, auto installation is done for few seconds and that's it. Adjust it in settings and you are ready to roll.
If I remember correctly I bought it for about 9 or 10 Euros.
