Mmm okay. Thanks for that little summary. I haven't really seen proper matches. Against Brugge they barely attacked and we had like 65% of the ball. Couldn't really rate Schneiderlin against such weak opposition for example.nady;3851867 said:Smalling and Blind have been very solid but we have not had any challenging oppositions yet except Spurs. Darmian and Schneiderlin make very important contributions to the defense also.
Schneiderlin is a very intelligent player; he fills in whenever someone for e.g. Darmian has gone forwards. Also good tackler and pretty decent passer of the ball. He will be very important against the top guns.

Well he's just 19 and has plenty of time to develop. From those Monaco matches I've seen he's been a standout player. If he flops then I think you should change your signature and replace the Di Maria picture with Martial.kp41;3852413 said:I asked my french friend about Martial, he said he's a bit more talented Danny Welbeck.
I don't remember you telling that. Did you say it when he was signed? It just didn't work out for him. And I have to say that he joined the club at a wrong time. I mean van Gaal was changing formations all the time throughout the season in order to find the perfect system and couldn't really find a proper position for Di Maria. Remember the guy was even played in the Robben role as a striker at some point. The whole team needed to gel and in the end it did. I'm fairly certain that had he stayed - he would've had a lot better season this time around. But it's not like I really miss him. We've got Memphis! :Pkp41;3852422 said:I hate to say this but I told you Di Maria was fucking waste of money ... 14m wasted ...
Anyway, I hope same doesnt happen with Martial ... oh, and I missed you Chygry
