actually, i think gary didnt kick the ball towards the crowd on purpose. If he did that on purpose, he should have kick it much harder.garlei said:anyone have a video of the kick? I missed the game yesterday
heard it was a left footed kick. Was he aiming for the advertising boards?
He's famous for his "i hate scousers" attitude so Gaz will always be a target. Lost his cool.
Would like to know what the provokers actually said

Of course he meant it, but maybe he had second thoughts in the moment he kicked the ball, so it didn't go as hard as he maybe had planned. If he had kicked it hard and hit somebody, it would probably have been as bad as the Cantona kick against the Crystal Palace supporter, and Neville would maybe have been suspended for some time.houston3721 said:actually, i think gary didnt kick the ball towards the crowd on purpose. And I did want Scholes to take that tackle which gave him the second yellow card, i dont know y...but i just want him to kick Kilbane at the moment.
A poor loss...no creativity again, only that Rooney lob to Scholes is a better chance. why didnt Fergie bring in Smith or Giggs?

I agree with you on this. Sir Alex has done an EXTREMELY good job at Manchester United, and in the last 20 years, no other manager in the world can compare to what he has done with Manchester United (IMO).DeadManInc2709 said:This may sound crazy but I would want Sir Alex to go as well, I respect him and a great guy that he is, he has run his course at Man Utd, I want a different manager to take the helm at Man Utd so that he can bring fresh ideas on a club becoming stale, hell I would even let Queiroz take the helm. Main point something different. I could go on ranting forever ...... but this is what I have to say .....

Why did Gary kick the ball to the crowd??? actually i dont know why he did that... the fans curse or insult him? the Cantonese commentators said that its strange for such an experienced player to do something like that... perhaps Gary hates the scousers so much?? and also he had said too much to the ref before so the ref gave him a red card.s1260018 said:Of course he meant it, but maybe he had second thoughts in the moment he kicked the ball, so it didn't go as hard as he maybe had planned. But football has changed a lot in the last years, and it seems Sir Alex isn't following. I think after this season or the next (if he hasn't improved Man Utd very much) would be a good time for him to resign.
But if I know Sir Alex like I think, he won't quit before he wins the Premier League again

Yeah, the Everton fans probably insulted him, but he has been said things to hundreds of times before, so one would think he could manage to stay cool in these situations.houston3721 said:Why did Gary kick the ball to the crowd??? actually i dont know why he did that... the fans curse or insult him? the Cantonese commentators said that its strange for such an experienced player to do something like that... perhaps Gary hates the scousers so much?? and also he had said too much to the ref before so the ref gave him a red card.
I agree, I think the referee was quite good actually. Didn't do many wrong choices. The two red cards were deserved.Fernandez said:What a sad and pathetic excuse. I thought that Phil Dowd had a very good game and controlled the match very well. I thought that the cards he given out were deserved. We got free-kicks when we should have had them.
