I'm reasonably happy. Sporting Lisbon would have been my choice, but Bayern drew that lucky card (potentially anyway if Bayern play at their best). The milan leg is first which is important, Inter are a bit patchy in this competition so it's very winnable, especially when we get them back to old trafford. Seeing Mourinho in England again will be interesting- if he got Chelsea it would have been better. Still 2 teams I dislike were drawn together, so in that sense I can't lose- either Real or Liverpool have to go out.

For being a Sir, Alex is really low class. All these statements he;s made are just not professional, let alone, Sirlike. Although Im a Madridista, I do think Calderon isn'tR eal Madrid presidency material. Im not a big fan of Calderon but Sir Alex is really boring and annoying everyone with schoolboy comments. IMO, he may be a sir, but class is lacking. It's something you can't buy or be given. Of course you guys will defend him cause hes the coach but he's a true lowclass drunk. Perhaps he should lay off the booze too...that might help keep his mouth shut.

Yeah, defending the club's interests, can you imagine that?

There is a professional way to go about things and an unprofessional way. Perhaps because I am in Public Relations, I see this type of behavior as very unprofessional and pretty much straight up ghetto. He represents Man Utd. and I am sure the higher ups don't appreciate the mouth piece that is "Sir" Alex. IMO, I think he worries way to much about us. There seems to be that bitterness that stems from somewhere. It's not just the Ronaldo situation. That just gives him an excuse to vent the way he does. I have an idea what he may be bitter about but why bring up the past?

Because others repeatedly bring it up for him?
Well, he could deflect the questions by saying "I've already said what I think on the matter, and that's it", no matter if the press keep asking about so-called fresh rumours. But he keeps giving the press fodder, so they keep bringing it up. If he shuts his gob, then maybe the press would ... wait, Ferguson shut his gob? hah, i must be dreaming ...

To be fair, Calderon started the whole thing and professional doesn't spring to mind when we talk about him either. Also Fergie's been at the club for over 20 years so he can't be doing too much wrong. Although I have to admit I don't agree with everything he says.

Ferguson is just protecting his club and his players. People don't really get knighthood based on what they say, but more based on what they do. Everybody knows that Ferguson says a little too much sometimes, but his commitment to the cause can't be questioned.

Maybe SAF was a bit harsh, but he has my full support, because Real doesn't want to accept no. For how long has SAF been stating that Ronaldo is not for sale. But Real comes up with the weirdest stories to unsettle Ronaldo and the club. Who has less class? SAF who is just protecting his club and squad numerous times or Real whom always create the craziest stories, because the word 'no' isn't in their vocabulary? You call SAF low class, but Real's last attempt was totally classless. Who comes up with the story that the deal is done and dusted? This must be one of the few times a club doesn't want to do business with Real and Real can't have that. They have to accept it, because Real aren't what they used to be. I really had high hopes that we would draw Real and give them a lesson, but it wasn't meant to be.

Just want to point out a Sir... more commonly known as knighthood isn't a reflection of how someone should speak or act. These days its given for achievements but even 100's of years ago being knighted didn't mean the holder acted in a 'professional' manner. A lot of knights were complete idiots.

That a side, SAF makes comments where comments are due. There's reason for everything even if sometimes its a little hot. You know the saying, its nice to be nice but don't take **** of anyone.

Calderon is a different story, i know. He has his issues and many of us arent happy with him, and worse, Mijatovic! Both gotta go. I just hate to hear a total lack of respect by Fergie. He's directing very nasty stuff to us as a club. I take it personal since I'm one of the 80,000+ members. I wouldnt mind him directing things at Calderon at all, but generalizing I dont like.

Do you think we'll be a walk in the park? Or you juyst wanted to see a cracking match(es) like in what was it? 2002? 3? When Ronaldo was given a standing ovation from the ld Trafford faithful?

If you think you would have walked all over us, you're mistaken. Truly mistaken. Truly. Just sayin. Even with all the injuries, we have a good quality side. Without injuries, we can and did, will lay down the law on anyone, including beating Barca at the Nou Camp like weve done a few times lately. I hope all teams take us for granted...at their peril.

How did you guys get Hargreaves? Thank you. And a few others as well so dont give me that krap. Ronaldo will eventually come to us, mark my word. Not because we call, but because he wants to. In him lays the problem. The whole media circus around Ronaldo this past summer was his fault, not ours. Ronaldo will come and it wont be our fault. Do you think he grew up as a boy worshipping United? And yes, Fergie has no class. Regardless how he feels, a pro doesnt spew out idiotic comments like he does. Period.

Like I said before, Calseron is another one. Im not a big fan of his but personally, someone representing a club should not represent the club in an unpro manner. Maybe it's just me, who knows. There are well calculated, educated and cordial ways to convey your feelings instead of calling an organization a mob. It's ridiculous that you guys are proud of this.
