wow haven't posted in here in ages!! lol feels weird. But I think we should go get Harry Redknapp or Martin O'Neil or even Mark Hughes if Fergie decides to call it quits after this season. All three are good enough and all have been tested in the EPL and Europe.

Out of those I would go for O'Neil, because he's built a great team at Villa and done it with home grown players.

I reckon we could see Giggs retire really soon with this signing as Tosic is a left winger, there's Nani and Park can play there too. Not something I want to see happen but it probably will.

Both the new lads will probably settle quite well because Vidic is there for them and you've got Ivanovic playing in the PL as well.

Good win today. Nice to see Gibson and Welbeck on the scoresheet. Southampton were a bit unlucky to be honest, Welbeck's goal could have been offside, the red card probably was a bit harsh even though it was a poor challenge and the penalty was debatable, even though the arm was raised. On balance we deserved the win though. Southampton look in a right mess with all their financial problems. I'm suprised Berbatov didn't want to take the penalty.

^ I thought that challenge could easily have dealt a lot more damage to Vidic, going in like that is really dangerous, red card deserved IMO. So was the penalty, what the hell was his arm doing up there? Welbeck looks really promising (I still remember that amazing goal against Stoke) and Berbatov is like a miracle pass machine.

Whats all this talk about Tevez? I haven't been following Utd in the news, but this one popped out as a big story. Don't know if its true or not.

With Tevez the papers are making a big deal out of nothing. Don't think its anything to worry about. When they offer him a new contract he will take it.

Yea the media are bloody annoying to try to start crap with Tevez over his future @ old trafford. He isn't demanding a move or a big $$$$$ contract like C.Ronaldo is accused off. But he says if there's a club out there who are willing to offer him a 5 year contract for security reasons then he wouldn't say "no". He (Tevez) has stated that he loves the fans here @ old trafford. I wouldn't like him to move to be honest he looks settled for now.

Just my 2 cent.

I based that view on what was said on five live and the video link on here. having seen the challenge closer on tv then I have to agree it was dangerous. The ball may have hit him on the head and not on the arm for the penalty, it's difficult to tell. he still shouldn't have raised his arm though.

Can't believe what's happening in the carling cup tonight. Tottenham were 1-0 down at half time and now lead 4-1. I really wanted Burnley in the final. Presuming they get through and we get through, it'll be really boring to keep playing Spurs.
