Carrol will start for sure. Fergie it seems, doesn't have confidence in Howard, while he always has confidence in Carrol, when Carroll doesn't even want to sign a contract. When Howard makes a little mistake, he is off for next games, but when Carroll made his mistakes, he played after and then again made a mistake and played again and again and again. We don't need no new keeper. Howard is enough, the only thing is that we have to get him to play with the defense that Carroll has been having, unlike that O'Shea - Silvestre middle crap.



BTW after Milan's game, i am totally convinced that Wes Brown and Rio Ferdinand would be the best center back partnership in EPL, Wes i though even played better than Rio on Wednesday. However Wes doesn't have that great lob of Silvestre, that's why Silver will be with Rio again.

Not trying to stir this already volatile pot, but lemme just point out that a thread was started late game to "celebrate" Chelsea's loss at Newcastle, and alot of United Fans came in to revel in Chelsea's misery. I think Rob has a little license to have some fun at the expense of some Mancs Eitherway, its just a lil gamesmanship

Anyway, I predicted in the United team thread that itll be a 2-0 win, as you all seem to have hit a vein of form recently, and i think the Milan game was only a temp. setback. Is Rossi then confirmed to be on the bench? That will be awsome if the kid gets a chance to prove himself on a stage like this. Rossi was born in the US, but parents etc are italian. So he can play for either, but he wants to play for Italy
