I find out that many people want to make faces but the biggest problem for them is that they can't morph faces in 3dsMAX so I decided to make more detailed tutorial than du_oro10 made and I hope that it can help them.
I won't paste here a DL for 3ds MAX because you can easily find that version that you like the most (from 2009 to 2012, don't know about 2013) at many torrent servers.

So you made a face in FaceGen and exported it in a folder and want to convert obj file into cff...
ATTENTION - IF YOU MADE SOMETHING WRONG AND WANT TO MOVE TO YOUR PREVIOUS RESULT FOR ONE STEP FOR EXAMPLE - YOU SHOULD JUST CLICK AT YOUR KEYBOARD "Ctrl + Z" AND IF YOU MAKE SEVERAL MISTAKES DURING YOUR MORPHING YOU CAN CLICK "Left Ctrl + Z" as many times as you want. But if you clicked Ctrl + z but didn't want that you can click "Ctrl + Y" and this will make a step forward and you can click "Ctrl + Y" as many times as you want.
"LEFT CTRL + Z" move step back if you made something wrong - you can click "LC+Z" as many times as you want !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"LEFT CTRL + Y" move step forward, you can click "LC+Y" as many times as you want !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EXPORTING PARAMETERS FOR OBJ FILES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TEXTURE TYPE - BMP, PUT THE CHECK MARK NEXT TO "CURRENT EXPRESSION", SCALE - 1.000000, THE OTHER PARAMETERS ARE 0 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PROJECTION TYPE SHOULD BE ALWAYS - ORTHOGRAPHIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So you've exported your obj face into folder and received something like this (let's take for example KurtConban's Xabi)
AFTER THIS YOU SHOULD PUT Working face.cff and head_XXXX.rx3 from DL that I gave you (http://depositfiles.com/files/bmngf3nla), you should put Working face.cff and head_XXXX.rx3 for each obj file (for each face you make).
After this open 3dsMax (from version 2009 to 2012, don't know about version 2013)
Then search your folder with your Xabi face
Desktop/Xabi folder/Working face.cff and choose it and click Open.
Then click ZOOM EXTENTS ALL, you can find this button in the right lower corner of you 3dsMAX (in the upper line of lower different icons).
Then Click FILE-IMPORT and search Xabi folder and click Xabi.obj and click Open
There appeared an import window you should remove the check mark next to words "FLIP ZY-axis" and next to word "COLLAR" and only after those manipulations you can click IMPORT.
IF WHEN YOU CLICKED "IMPORT" AND THERE APPEARED SOMETHING LIKE collar, eyes or headbydu_oro10 not found - DON'T WORRY JUST CLICK "SKIP" and that's all, such inscriptions appear when you renamed eyes textures, face textures or deleted collar textures or put your own textures instead of FaceGen default ones, so don't worry just click SKIP.
And you received this
Then click at the left upper corner of your 3dsMAX on the icon named "SELECT BY NAME"
Then click FaceUV 1 (BUT CHOOSE THE CORRECT FaceUV 1)
BECAUSE THERE ARE TWO FaceUV 1: FaceUV 1 for head model and FaceUV 1 for eyes model and in different 3dsMAX versions FACEUV 1 are situated in different places but if you chose the right FaceUV1 you should receive such result - THE WHOLE HEAD SHOULD BE IN A WHITE SQUARE like at this picture without eyes square, the whole head in one square!!!
Then click at the right upper corner at your 3dsMAX and CLICK AT ICON named "MODIFY".
