Is this normal that when playing friendly match I can only choose Khalifa Stadium from Qatar
The two other are present in CM
So I have 3 stadiums in CM

I played with khalifa stadium and all is fine
I think it is wrong installation

It looks like this. In the loading screen the screen turns black for a second and then in game the stadium looks like this

I found the stadiums
But they are called
*StadiumName_42
*StadiumName_43
All other stadiums have correct name

I've heard it's fake/outdated?

The Khalifa stadium that was present in the first version is the outdated one. Dunno if they have updated that ground.

The stadium does not work and the textures are missing for the third England kit.

Displayed stadium names are stored in loc files

Yes actually some updates were not installed properly due to incorrect folder names like assignments were renamed assingments so i reinstalled all updates again and now its fixed , but i require the loc folder too
