Yes actually some updates were not installed properly due to incorrect folder names like assignments were renamed assingments so i reinstalled all updates again and now its fixed , but i require the loc folder too

Yes some folders were named game
But had to be named data
Anyway I installed all correctly and for me all works fine
The loc folder is the only I need

Sorry I've tried downloaded but some parts has no compressed format like .rar .zip
"4.1 facepack 002" and others unrecognized format and I can't descompressed.
