Meh. I just think adding Nash at PG is big for them, I could care less though.

I've always liked Nash, he's a big soccer fan, speaks Spanish...that makes him cool in my book.

In more important news...

Lamar Odom and just yesterday Jamal Crawford have joined the Clippers. I read that this probably leaves out Nick Young from the team, dude was good for us down the stretch but I definitely prefer having Crawford, he's a good scorer coming off the bench even though I think we overpaid to get him. Foye and Bledsoe are very improved so I think our guard spots are more than covered for the season. Billups won't come back untill well into next season. Clippers are looking just alright, if we could only convice Paul to sign a long term deal...

CP3 was trying to bring Jesus Shuttlesworth to LA but Miami won that. Since Lin is leaving and even if he wasn't I can see the Knicks making a oush for Paul.

I generally agree with you about weird nicknames, it had caused me problems when people use them to make their picks in the draft and I don't recognize the face or name, but I think this one is common enough for an NBA thread.
