Do you maybe want to try creating textures for the WC 2014 benchplayer model with shorts rather than sweatpants?

I was going to create them in all skin colors for all major tournaments (WC 22, EU 20, WC 18, EU 16, etc.) and assign to teams like white European/black African, etc, (+ also UCL for different seasons), maybe you'd like to try this as well.

yes i'll try to do it soon
I was thinking of creating generic white/black/red/blue trainign uniforms which can be assigned to teams like Real Madrid/Germany/Man Utd/Chelsea for any season + generic white/black/latino skin colors that can be mixed and matched (e.g. white uniforms and black skin colors = Senegal; white uniforms and mixed 3 skin colors = England).
Then, additionally, transparent background overlays with bibs from WC 22, Euro 20, WC 18, etc and UCL/UEL in order to create generic but authentic looking benchplayers for various tournaments.
Maybe you can try this approach as well.

Basic logic to cover as many teams as possible:
a) grey uniforms white guy generic bench players + WC 22 bibs = assigned for all WC 22;
b) if possible, add grey uniforms black guy generic bench players + WC 22 bibs = assign for WC 22 Aftican teams;
c) then specific team benchplayers can be assigned to top teams as well.

Also note that the original WC14 benchplayers I sent are actually "empty":
they somehow "know" the skin color of the team
See here, England (2 white subs, 1 black) v Senegal (3 black subs):

I guess the codes from 2 to 10 are responsible for that?
But then how does the game know to put 2 whites and 1 black for England?

Secondly, the texture rx3s just show a grey kit when opened with rx3master, no skin of WC'14/FIFA bib

However, these can be seen with CG File Explorer 16 with "show alpha" turned off

But exporting these textures to png/dds only shows the grey kit again

Unless we can somehow use DBs to assign ethnicity and somewhere get the FIFA bibs but I think that's too dificult over just creating textures
the hexadecimal codes read the "ethnicy" codes from the db assigned for every team

It's going to be very difficult to create that many bench players, but I'll do it.
