He better not.

I'm up by 14 and have Hill and Julius Thomas against Manning and Emannuel Sanders.

Hoping for the Broncos to run the ball all night like they've been doing. Bengals defense is good. If Hill can gash the Broncos like he's been doing the last month, I should be okay.

FUCKING Luck! I should be 30 or 40 points clear!

And thank you Peyton Manning. Had he thrown a TD to Sanders at the end instead of an INT, I would have lost. That makes it back-to-back titles for me in my keeper league (keepers this year were Charles, Lacy, and Luck).

My options for next year are:

Luck, Charles, Lacy, A.Brown, J.Hill

I'm thinking about exploring trades. At this point I'll probably keep Luck, Lacy, and Brown. I think Charles could be done. Targeting LeVeon Bell with a trade. Don't want to give up too much, and also have to think of how it will affect my team. The other option, of course, is to ditch Luck, but he only costs me a 10th round pick every year, because I snagged him before his rookie season.

Got enough receiving yards from D. Thomas to seal my first fantasy football title since '08. It worked out for both of us in the end. (H)

How does Dallas get the 3rd seed?

Dallas beat Seattle
Seattle Beat GB
Dallas never played GB

I thought head-to-head mattered. GB as a better point differential than Dallas so it should be 1. GB and 2. Dallas, with Seattle in #3.

You can't just ignore the head-to-head record and go straight to net points. Sorry you can't and I don't know when that rule came into existence (or it has always been around and is the epitome of pointless!!!). The only way I can see net points coming in is since Dallas/GB never happened and so (erroneously) head-to-head dis disregarded. Dallas got the shaft - bigtime!

FYI: I ain't no Cowboys fan.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I am questioning why they are not the #1 seed. I await your response.

Nice try.

Allow me to correct you: I am questioning why they are not the #1 seed.

PS: I have now updated the OP so as to avoid further confusion.

I didn't read your full post because I don't follow the NFL. But my point is a questioning of the Dallas Cowboys.

Three-way tie goes by NFC record since Dallas and Green Bay didn't play one another, Seattle had the best. It doesn't matter because the Panthers will demolish them all.

Exactly, except the Panthers part. You can't use a head-to-head tiebreaker when all the teams didn't play each other. That's not head-to-head, that's bullshit transitive reasoning.

In that case, Dallas is done. And I'm starting to seriously wonder if GB threw their season away @BUF.

Kinda like Denver lost theirs against Cincinnati.

Both GB and Denver needed home field. Without it they're up against it - Denver is done for sure. The Packers are probably sick of the name Russell Wilson.

I think GB can beat Seattle in Seattle. When you have Rodgers, there's always a chance. I think Randall Cobb changes things from previous matchups. He's such a great player, and he doesn't operate in the spaces covered by those great corners.

If Rodgers can beat Seattle in Seattle I will be pleasantly surprised. I think Seattle at home might be the toughest opponent to beat right now. In a neutral environment I'd take my chances with the Pats, though.

All that's left is for Florida State to scrape their way to a national championship and the ACC's plan for domination will be complete (they count ND wins as ACC wins).

I don't know about you but I hate the football playoffs at the non-pro level.

The added patheticism of the Alomo bowl not being played on Dec 27/28 is just mind-boggling. Maybe only not as bad as having to watch great bowl games like the Fiesta and Orange bowls being relegated from a Jan 1 game to who-cares-it's-New-Year's-eve day games. Those ARE Jan 1 game -s if you can keep the Outback, Citrus and Cotton Bowls on January 1st, then you HAVE to keep the Fiesta and Orange as well. Disappointing. Jan 1 felt so empty with such a small # of games.

SEC WEST <<< BIG 10 EAST.

So I guess it comes down to:
SEA vs CAR - SEA
GB vs DAL - this one is rather intriguing. Dallas would consider their season a success if they win @GB. GB is already looking ahead to @SEA - their season would be a disappointment if they don't make it to the superbowl. Really a clash of priorities. GB to win.

AFC - it really does not matter. Patsies will win the AFC and play for their 6th title. After 2 straight losses, will it they make it on the 3rd attempt (no NYG this time)?

Bring on Seattle!! :alex:

We put up a fight against them during the season, only for our defense to f**k it up, now we're firing on all cylinders.
