Here's something you might not know, the United States does not make International Law. But you are correct, Kim Jong Il is not scared of anybody and is determined to make his mark on history. Good thing we decided Iraq was the biggest threat to the world.

I think it may be a bit of both. Maybe he tests the nukes to protect themselves just incase the US attack them. I don't totally disagree with a country having nukes to defend themselves (except ones run by physchos) against the likes of the US.

i honestly want to ask you a question, i really dont want to blame anyone.
why especially usa is so mad with north korea?
because of its possible nuclear intentions correct?
but doesnt usa or britain has like a lot of nuclear weapons?
if the missiles north korea has is a threat , arent the ones you have could also be a threat?
isnt it like a mother that smokes, and tells his children not to.
for example right now, it said on cnn news, north korea is a country thats selling weapons etc.. doesnt the usa sell weapons to israel, turkey, etc..

This is a good question and I've struggled to answer it for myself. Honestly, I don't know. The simple answer is that Nuclear Proliferation is illegal. But you are right, the US has no more of a right to have Nuclear weapons than any other state (including North Korea) does. However, since nuclear weapons being in the hands of someone like Kim Jong Il is not good for the world, even though I believe he has the right to posess those weapons, I think it's terrible.
