Yes, that is correct. There will be two types of databases - Stadium versions and Generic versions. If you start now you won't be able to activate the stadiums for an active career mode.
For the second point, you won't have to start a new career if you apply this update as I have updated lua files as well as updated the db in the fip folder.

No, it isn't needed. There will be two database types stadium versions and generic versions.

UPDATE: Ok, I copied the files directly from the installation archive files (the main directory, not the fip folder) and now names show correctly.
I've noticed that in the main directory (Game/data/loc folder) the files have "_upd" added to the name (and the size is small). While in the fip folder the loc files don't have it. When I opened the the eng language file that is stored in the fip\version\FIP14 v3.00\data\loc\ folder I can see that some team, league names are missing as in the screenshot I've posted earlier. I gues when I open Version manager and apply the FIP v3, the game will load those loc files with the missing names.
I also encounterd this missing league logo in the match presentation (I checked Belgium and Netherlands only):

But it was a friendly Belgian/Dutch home team vs Ath. Bilbao, so maybe there is some other logo missing.

What I think happened was that your locale.big file was causing the issue. The new one in the install folder will fix this. You can totally ignore the versions with _upd, just don't delete them.

Yes, I think it's the locale.big file. After I pasted all files from the installation rar it worked. I must have mixed up the files, but I don't know how this happened.
But I didn't change anything in the fip folder and still when I open the eng_us.db file there are missing names in the "stringid" column. Maybe it's supposed to be likes this idk, because in game everything is ok now. If everything is ok at your end, then it must be me messing up something, my friend. Don't bother for now, if no one else is having this error.

Hello Harry I think I found the problem why the compdata of the tournament mode is not being applied to me. When I open the FIP Tournament Manager in the compdata tournament section, I only get the Fifa 14 Default option. Checking the "settings" file located in Game / fip / compdata, there is indeed only that option in the file. Now reviewing the same file but version 2.0 of the fip I realize that the same settings file contains the options to activate these tournaments.
The question is, if I put that settings file replacing the one from version 3.0, would it solve the problem? I attach photos below:

I have one problem with scoreboard switcher as the app is not launching, it's giving me this error message: "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x74D03162." in a window titled by: ".NET-BroadcastEventWindow.4.0.0.0.141b42a.0: FIP Scoreboard Manager". Do you have any idea what's wrong?
I'm able to run all other FIFA tools with no problem but it looks like something's missing!
(BTW I'm on Windows 10 32-bit and I have all DirectX and .NET and C++ etc installed).

It won't work as I don't have as many teams this season as I did last. To play the competition currently, you will have to load the FIP14 v2 DB. I will add the tournaments in a future update.

I think this is related to the Text to Speech function. It is going to be reviewed after the release of FIP16.

hey harry thanks for the mod, to be honest i believe this is the best and most stable mod you've worked so far, thanks for that, i've only noticed that in friendly matches the logos of the respective leagues before the match are those blue-green chequered squares, i dont know if in career mode happens the same, and i was wondering if the mod has a dificulty mode applied like beta990 in v2? i've felt the gameplay harder which is really cool and fine because the harder it gets, the more i enjoy it playing it. maybe is just me. those are the only few things i've noticed. the mod is amazing, for me is the best mod that you've done so far. cheers my friend.
