and it happens every single one... i'm sick and tired of seeing teams that are normally bottom of their respective league tables and normally unknowns (such as parma, real sociedad etc...) making it to the champions league final and winning the event... the fact that the cpu simulations stink that much makes it a difficult time getting realism from the uefa cup and champions league... i don't favor either way in PES or Fifa editions but in terms of cpu simulation PES does a much better job getting the major teams into the latter rounds of the cups. i hope this years fifa fixed that issue, odds favor no unfortunately...

I have a method of getting top teams at the top of the table constantly.
Have you noticed in the EPL (for example) how Watford after a while ALWAYS seems to win the Premiership, and Chelsea or Man Utd get relegated? Well, I took a look at Watford's formation, and saw it was a 4-3-3. Then I looked at other crud teams that always won and saw they had a 4-3-3 formation also. So, what I concluded is that 4-3-3 is a very powerful formation if FIFA 07, so if you want the big teams to always win (like Chelsea, Inter, or Real Madrid) just give them a 4-3-3 formation and there you go!
I don’t know about you guys, but by default, Barcelona always wins stuff in my game. Why? Because they have a 4-3-3 formation! (I think…

Agreed - it doesn't feel special when you get to a world cup final and end up playing someone like iran.
the funny thing is that only happens to me when I'm playing in Europe. If I'm playing in MLS, if I make it to the cup final it is against one of the top two.
