Tom, it's very obvious you've not spent much time in London. I must have heard the "This service has been delayed due to a man under a train" announcement 10 times this year. Even the local trains near me get stopped for a suicide on a monthly, if not weekly, basis.

Train companies love to tell you when someone's committed suicide, it's about the one type of delay that's not their fault.
