Overrated or underated players in PES3?any?

I don't find Henry to be poor in the game. I averaged a goal per game with him the last season I played, and he's gotten 6 goals in 5 matches so far this season. I believe his stats are in the 90s for shot accuracy, power, and technique. I also don't think he's underrated. Really, stats don't get much higher than his. I'm almost certain his striker-related stats are the best in the game.

Diouf--this one puzzled me. On paper his stats looked incredible, but he wasn't worth spit on my team. Oh well. Plus, he's overrated compared to real life. His performance doesn't merit those stats.

Kaka is underrated for not being on the game. Kahn is overrated, Clarence Acuna is overrated (although he features in my first team squad, i must admit i've never heard of him IRL, i know he played for Newcastle, just that..). Rivaldo is a god, i mean... he's great but in the game he's the best striker out there.

I think that Forssell is underrated in the game. He has scored 16 goals already in Premier League, done miracles in Birmingham and in M'bach (last year) and is now fifth in the Top Scores list in Premier League. Right after the Arsenal, N'castle and ManU strikers...I think that's a good achievement. And besides this underration he also doesn't look like himself and he is too short.... ;) In our national teams homepage he is 187cm and 80kg.

Imo the most underated player is ajax star, Rafael vd Vaart. He is named Farzel Gart or something like that but I hope they will make him better in PES4. Also Zlatan Ibrahimovic isnt good enough.

When i few someone is underrated i try to give them a boost in stats. Not that i've made Vd Vaart better than Rivaldo, but i gave him some more 80's, he's decent to good now. The same with Cristiano Ronaldo. I'm just amazed at how this game treats the youngsters. If it was like CM were their stats developed with training and playing time (not only growth players), this game would be near-perfect.

I think that it would be great if the skills would change after every season! Even though new players wouldn't come and the same players would stay from year to year in the game. It would be just nice that players' skills would either increase or decrease depending on how much they've had playing time in the last season and points.

Of course it shouldnt be so easy for them to become brilliant like in growth mode (which needs improving too), but it's a nice idea. Maybe like CM you give them some training schedules, stuff like that.

Steven Gerrard and Didi Hamann are so ridiculously underated its just ridiculous.

Duff, Joaquin, VDV, Torre, Cassano, Carragher, Kaka, Baros, Nedved are all under rated as well.

By default, Diouf is seriously overrated but I think this has been fixed more recently- unless that was just a patch that did it. Oh yeh, Berger is also overrated IMO.

Duff, Lampard, Terry, Woodgate, Glen Johnsen, Gerrard are all very much underated

like people have said, Henry is dissapointin, i found Ronaldo sh!t when playin for Brazil but in my Chelsea ML team he's class.

Diouf is by far the most overated player, hes like nearly the best on the Game.

The player i prob found most impressive tho is Michael Owen, the ball seems to stick to his feet. He's a bit overated on PES3, especiall after his last couple of seasons, he jsut aint the same no more in real life that is

Cech is underratted. One of the best young keepers around (recently signed by Chelsea). And his stats in the game are so poopy.

yeah Quinton is overated. He has 90 for attack. come on.

Quinton is much bettter than ryan in WE7I.

Ian Harte was always in all stars in previous versions of WE for some reason. They put them in because he can shoot and used to score goals. that's all. He was the European version of Carlos I guess. haha

I reckon Marco Di Vaio is overrated in the game, i mean he beats Trezeguet in most departments i think! (that just isnt on)
Also the entire Senegalese national team are vastly overrated, just like every football game since the World Cup.

To be fair, Senagal are an exciting team to watch. However, because of this, Diouff single handedly gives Liverpool the edge over you.

The spanish teams stats are a joke.

Just in example Valencia CF: The best player is Carew , hahaha teh funny thing is Carew was kicked this season cause his perfomance was too bad in Valencia. Then you see thee stats of Baraja, Aimar, Vicente, etc , are a joke :(

Or Celta de Vigo, Benny McCarthy, a player that sucked during all his seasons in Celta, scoring just 3/4 per seasons playing as forward, and is the player with best stats of Celta,... (i know he is now in Oporto and maybe doing OK)

all CPU players are overrated.. and all human players are underrated.. thats what I'm thinking at the moment but I know I know I need to practice more :crazyboy:

Actually, I find him great for England. Especially on free-kicks. Nedved's fine, too. He's very creative in the midfield for Juve. I might knock down Diego Gavilan's stats on account of the fact that he's a bit pants. Oh, and I hate Holland. They're not a team! They're a machine!
