Overrated or underated players in PES3?any?

Palermo is a bit under-rated, he seems so up and down in my master league team. He'll be on fire for about 4 games scoring around 6 goals then nothing. He never seems to be in the box for a few games and can't hit the target, give him about 5 or 6 games and hes back of fire :(

Ricardo Quaresma is pretty underrated. Ditto for a lot of other players that I have had to edit. Also, I don't know about later versions, but in my game (WE7 Jap), Baros for Liverpool is black, 187cm, and a machine.

The entire Holland squad is dissapointing Van Der Meyde especially, so to Hasselbaink, Kluivert and Nistelrooy infact the only really good player in the game for Holland is Makaay.
