Zenden looks quite good but I don't like Rafa vdV. He looks too young and has a strange face expression. I know he's pretty hard to do as I've tried and many others too and no one could made a "perfect" one yet.

You further should work more on your hair texture as the hairline looks in most of your faces too "roughly". When you work on the hair texture, let some parts of the original forehead (of the photograph) remain (by using the rubber in Photoshop at a low value (20%) with soft edges) near the hairline. Hope this is understandable.
