For each new conversion type, a lot of work must be done in Blender or another 3d software.
And it's still not easy when you have kits with long and short sleeves, different collars, armband etc.For each new conversion type, a lot of work must be done in Blender or another 3d software.
You need to open the target-game kit model, then open source-game kit texture (jersey/shorts/socks must be combined to one texture, if they are separate), then map the texture onto the model by modifying UV coordinates (UV map).
I think the most complicated part is a jersey torso part.And it's still not easy when you have kits with long and short sleeves, different collars, armband etc.
