never had a problem with teamspeak been using it for ages on all games i play online. we will just need a preference between all players. seeing as wolf man is doing the organisation we shall leave it up to him, im easy any way we go

I think it'll be a good challenge for people to play with teams that are a little weaker. We can spend the time getting to know our teams inside out, which players are good at certain stuff and play the CPU in preparation to try and discover weak things about certain players on other teams we'll be facing in the league. For instance, some players in the game who are otherwise pretty good statwise have crappy first touch control so if you pressure them hard you win a lot of balls when they receive passes. Some players who are awesome can't shoot for crap on their weak foot so as long as you push them onto their weak side you can be pretty safe.

There's a lot of ways to beat better teams if you take the time to study the teams you play against. Plus, the great element of luck (or bad luck) in the game means you can still play like crap and win on occasions!

I agree with The Wolf, I think that playing with real teams is the best option and the funnier. I've played dozens of games with my friends and we get 'surprising' results many times. Sometimes we even like to play with the weaker/smaller team because it gives more pressure to the opponent. Barcelona tied with 20 mins to go...;) I really think that in PES the best player wins most of the times, not the best team. Besides that, i think that the other options aren't better than this one...I almost bet we would see 322 Real Madrid - Man Utd/week.

I just hope that this online thing comes true...

If the teams have near even stats , but if one is weaker then no I don't think what you said is true...


Raul shooting 90+ Aim 90+ power about the same, and he at the edge of the box and turns and shoots for the bottom corner and the player your up against has a weaker team with his forward in the 70's and 80's for the same, and the two of the have the same chance ... I'll bet I know which shot will beat the keeper for the winner!

I understand what you're saying, but that's why I said 'most of the times'... In that case, most problably the better player wouldn't even let the other guy shoot;). I'm kidding but you get the idea...

Anyway, the only way I find to make it more fair it's to everybody build their teams from scratch, choosing their teams in a sort of draft. That way every team would have really good players and 'not so good' players. It would go like this, the first player names his team and chooses Raul, next the second team picks Ronaldinho and so on. In the second round it would be the last team to pick first, in the third round the second team...this means a lot of work...and it's not very easy to do...but it would certainly give more 'identity' to your team.
I still prefer the way we're doing.

It sort of does sharkman. It allows LAN games, but with a simple patch it can be tricked into going over the internet and thinking it's still on a LAN.

So yeah, we'll be able to play online.
