There's one thing I know for sure:

Romania > Bulgaria

Article VI - Suffrage and Eligibility to Office

Article VI provides every person who is at least 18 years, an American Citizen, and living within North Carolina the right to vote. This right is denied to felons and people illiterate in English. This article also sets the eligibility to hold office. To hold state office a person cannot fall any of the following categories:

1. Younger than 21 years of age
2. Denies the existence of God
3. A person who is not qualified to vote in an election for that office
4. Felon
5. Already holds a state or federal office.

I bet you didn't know that about my hood. :jambo: Saudi Arabia, eat your heart out.

Awwwwwww sh******t Alex, you made me crack out the CIA World Factbook. (H)

Bulgaria vs. Romania

Per capita GDP - $9,600 vs. $8,200
Population below poverty line - 13.4% vs. 25%
Inflation rate - 4.5% vs. 8.6%
Infant mortality rate: 19.85 deaths/1,000 live births vs. 25.5 deaths/1,000 live births (yeah, I went there. uh-huh)
World Cup achievements - semifinals in '94 vs. ?????????????????

pwwwwwwwwwwnd lolololololololololololololol

(In all fairness, "population below poverty line" is a very arbitrary statistic.)

That's the way it should be. (H)

What about freedom of belief?

You're thinking USA, I live in Carolina. We have all kinds of laws that fly in the face of the US constitution.

This is from South Carolina's: Article VI, SECTION 2. Person denying existence of Supreme Being not to hold office.

No person who denies the existence of the Supreme Being shall hold any office under this Constitution.

SC is smaller than NC, but they actually bite, we just bark.

Also, in Mecklenberg (NC) you can fire a man for being gay, but not a woman for being a lesbian.

Also, you cannot put cattle in the Catawba River. You really can't. Someone tried it and got fined for it.

But lets not get into what the Carolina's do right and everyone else does wrong. We were talking about Bulgaria. I saw a porno with a girl from Bulgaria, I forgot her name but her rack was superb.

They will join the European Union next year to take our money. Thousands of cheap workers will flood the labor market.
and Berbatov can't finish for ****

But Romania is even more corrupted and their economy is in horrible shape. :(

All I know is a lot of Bulgarians are originally Turks (Proto-Bulgarians). And the place is pretty run down and rife with corruption, it would have to be the crappiest province in Greece.

Haha (H)

But in return we'll offer affordable underage prostitutes. :(

Bulgaria is a wonderful country. The only problem is that there are too many Bulgarians living there.

Quarterfinalist in '94 and also quarterfinalist at EURO 2000. But come on, seriously, statistics aside Bulgaria is s*it :(. When I visited Turkey in '96 I drove through there and it felt like a barren desert with nothing to do. Anyways you wanna compare national teams? Let's compare clubs bitch (H)

Do you think people look at statistics when they choose if they wanna go to the Romanian seaside vs. the Bulgarian one?

Bucharest > Sofia
Romanian coast > Bulgarian coast
Romanian girls > Bulgarian girlst
Romania soccer > Bulgarian soccer
Romania > Bulgaria

This could go on forever (H) (or until we play you, that should settle it...)

I remember driving past Romania twice to go to Bulgarian camps for children, once at the age of 8 and then at the age of 9. Once to Bansko, where they had a swimming pool nearby and the second time to some small town along the sea, can't remember the name of it though. It was great, because my parents gave me a bunch of money, which i spent most of it on superhero action figures that could not be found in Minsk :( .
