Article VI provides every person who is at least 18 years, an American Citizen, and living within North Carolina the right to vote. This right is denied to felons and people illiterate in English. I remember driving past Romania twice to go to Bulgarian camps for children, once at the age of 8 and then at the age of 9. Once to Bansko, where they had a swimming pool nearby and the second time to some small town along the sea, can't remember the name of it though. It was great, because my parents gave me a bunch of money, which i spent most of it on superhero action figures that could not be found in Minsk .
