First off, I believe the US lost to Canada in the Gold cup (speaking of a joke) last year. Now that you've won a game you guys think you are a great soccer nation? You are still laughable in my mind.

And the suicide thing is true, if you watch cnn or the bbc.
They said of the 8 suicides, 6 were from people losing a ton of money, the other 2 were just soccer fanatics like you.

You're right about me being a fanatic though, and if we don't make it past the first round then oh well, it's not the first time we've had a big dissapointment....we'll be back in 2004.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the US's final score.. I was like banging my hand against the table "Why, Portugal, WHY!?" ... Now the US people ('Americans' are the people of the entire American continent, contrary to popular belief) are just gonna use this match and shove the scored up anyone's asses saying how increadibly great they are at everything... But now I've lost faith in Portugal, I hope that SKorea and portugal make it to the second round...

Well, you gotta point.. if they beat poland and S Korea, they'll have 6 points, and if Skorea and Poland beat the US, then that means SKorea will also have 6 points, while poland and the US and Poland have 3, and therefore, Portugal and S Korea qualify.
