Actually Portuguese teams don't have the financial potencial to buy that kind of players. And what about Deco ???? it was agood attitude to get only 50% ???? FC Porto hve to sell him very, very expensive.


BTW : he wants to leave FC Porto...do you heard his interview this morning ???? He wants to leave FCP !!!!

Yes i did read, listen on radio and saw his interview on tv several times! Because i live in Porto (PORTUGAL That's right!) and i'm always on the top of the news around here!! Instead of some of you who take CM as a bible! i breath soccer!!!

FCPorto dont have 50% of Deco!! That's a common mistake! Have u read last Pinto da Costa interview to newspaper O JOGO? if not i tell u! FCPorto has recently negociated a higher percentage of Deco pass with Jorge Mendes! He gave part of his Deco percentage and FCPorto offered him a percentage of a few young players of our squad!

Zalayeta will only come on a Ronaldo swap deal I believe...

Not a "real" swap...Ronaldo will be transfered to Juve , but he will stay in Sporting one/two years more, while Zalayeta joins Sporting on loan, with about 60% of the wages payed by Juve...but it's not confirmed yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's right pal, i've also read that. BTW i think Deco it's not gonna leave FCP this year, from what i heard from last Pinto da Costa interview he will probably be sell to Real Madrid next year... let's see what happens in the next weeks.

I have family in Braga and i've visited the stadium two weeks ago and from what i've saw there and also read in some websites i think the stadium will be ready at September 30 cause that day it's when UEFA want the stadium ready.

Alright, thanks for the info. If my mom doesn't let me travel down there from Aveiro, I'm gonna be pissed... that or hitch a ride. So that's around 4 cities I'm gonna visit if I do get to go to a Braga game.

LOL Talking about football, today FCP played his second pre-season game against Fortuna Sittard(2nd Division Dutch team) and we won the game 4-1. We had a very good second half and McCarthy scored an awesome goal (as usual)...

Anyways the papers are saying Benfica's close to signing left back ATOUBA from Basel! He's awesome! He played a crucial part in Basel's success this season and played great for the Cameroon NT. The transfer will cost Benfica 2.5 million Euros. Again, this is just from the papers..

After the papers posted this, now Basel are willing to get €5M (!) for his transfer.

But aren't they stupid... they are demanding large sums of money, while his contract is due to expire in June 2004 (a year time), according to Basel's Press Officer himself.

In July next year, Atouba can leave for NOTHING. And Basel will be ****ed...

If these guys knew what they were doing...
