I think America is royally ****ed no matter who they elect. The debt is too high, the majority of the population is too old, too many regulation agencies, the government is too slow, the population is too uneducated and the people want too much. And you know who I blame? Not Bush, its Hollywood. Like the third of the movies are a story "about a talented bad boy/character who wasting his life finally had a life changing revelation and answered his call of duty to save everybody else through self-sacrifice".
The hardworking want to be a hero, so they **** others over, while the lazy ones want a hero, so they sit on their ass and do Carlos **** until that person magically appears.
With innovation being the only hope, the fact that the most succesfull creation in the past 2 years has been the iPad, i really don't see much hope in America. Its a classical story of the rise and fall of the Super Power. We can chalk it up right up there with ancient Greece and ancient Rome. they all came and went.
PS. Was Finland high submitting that entry?

I don't believe that there are any prostitutes in Iceland. It's just too cold, who in their right mind would work a corner in a slutty skirt in that weather? I know I wouldn't pick any of them up anyway, the last thing I need is a prostitute's cold. Hepatitis-strand carrying Influenza my ass.

You obviously know **** all about picking up prostitutes. These days only the junkies walk the streets unless there is a specific red light district in a particularly tolerant town, otherwise the high end ones you have to ring for from agencies and the rest are all in special clubs or bars.... basically the same as the streets in that they're lined up and you wander about and pick but it's warm and more discrete. Somewhere like Iceland would almost certainly have a decent quantity of these places since prostitution is popular in northern europe and there would be immigrant girls from the former soviet states to supply the demand. Also you'd be amazed at the ingenuity of prostitutes, some street red light districts have little heated booths all along which the girls sit in to keep warm. Plus you've got brothels, massage parlours, mixed saunas, walk-ups (thats where a girl rents a room for one night or a few hours and puts a sign outside with prices and services and buyers just walk up the stairs if they're interested), weather is no obstacle to prostitution, in fact colder places tend to like it more!Mandieta6;3144856 said:

Ah right I see. In Britain strip bars would be the worst place to look for hookers because if the police got the tiniest idea they would shut the place down so fast. I think if you even suggested a 'private transaction' in a British strip bar the bouncer would take you out back...

Ah alright. You dont want to go in a brothel because then you actually have to hire a girl or get out. But yeah try and find the sleazy part of town and just hang out there for a couple of nights.
