The Mayans aren't the idiots at all Hisashi. Do some research. They never said it was the end of the world, their calendar simply ended. It was generally western idiots that misinterpreted it.

Actually we should blame the mayan who makes the calendar he should"ve extended the years a bit more like a thousand more years but hey maybe when the mayans was making the calendar something happened ....
